Vice President Wang Lei was Invited to Attend and Delivered a Keynote Speech in the “30-people Dialogue on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education” of the 2023 Quancheng Conference
2023年6月29日，副校长王磊受邀参加“中外合作办学30人谈”2023年泉城会议暨中国式现代化视野下中外合作办学研讨会并作主题报告。会议由山东省教育厅指导，山东省教育国际交流与合作研究中心、教育国际交流学会主办，于6月28日至30日在济南市召开，全国教育行政主管部门和院校代表、专家160余人参会。我校特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江、院长助理张仲鹏、国际处处长谭娟参会。
On June 29, 2023, Vice President Wang Lei was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech in the “30-people Dialogue on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education” of the 2023 Quancheng Conference and the Seminar on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization. The Conference was guided by the Education Department of Shandong Provincial Government and sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Education International Exchange and Cooperation Research Center and the Education International Exchange Society. It, held in Jinan from June 28 to June 30, embraced over 160 representatives and experts from the national education administrative authorities and institutions. Shuai Chunjiang, executive dean, Zhang Zhongpeng, assistant dean, and Tan Juan, director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges attended the Conference.
山东省教育厅副厅长孙晓筠致辞讲话。教育部学位中心评估处项目主管吕睿鑫、陕西省教育厅国际处处长文通、合作办学法律专家中国政法大学教授李晓辉等38位专家做了大会报告。
Sun Xiaojun, deputy director of the Education Department of Shandong Provincial Government, delivered a speech. 38 experts, including Lv Ruixin, project director of the Evaluation Office of the Academic Degrees Center under the Ministry of Education, Wen Tong, director of the International Office of the Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government, and professor Li Xiaohui, a legal expert on cooperative education from China University of Political Science and Law, made speeches in the Conference.
王磊以“基于SWOT分析的西部地方高校中外合作办学的思考”为主题，就我校特莱恩工学院的建设和办学情况，与参会专家和学者进行了交流探讨。首先向与会代表介绍了陕西理工大学及特莱恩工学院的基本情况，进而基于SWOT分析阐述了我校中外合作办学所面临的机遇与挑战，着重介绍了特莱恩工学院着力打造双语教学团队和双师型教师团队、建立体系化教学管理模式、强化教学条件建设、打造专业特色的实验室、积极探索交叉融合创新、深掘书院式育人模式，凝聚工学院办学特色的发展途径，提出了学院建设的“三步走”方案。
With the theme "Thinking on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in Western Local Universities Based on SWOT Analysis", Wang Lei exchanged and discussed with experts and scholars present on the construction and operation of Trine Engineering Institute of our university. First of all, he briefed the representative present on the Shaanxi University of Technology and Trine Engineering Institute and then expounded on the opportunities and challenges faced by Sino-foreign cooperative education based on SWOT analysis. He emphasized the development paths of Trine Engineering Institute which features a bilingual teaching team and teacher-engineer team and systematic teaching management model, improved teaching conditions and a professional laboratory. That is how the institute is exploring cross-integration and innovation to tap into college education models and consolidate the characteristics of engineering colleges. Based on that, he proposed the “three-step” approach to the construction of the institute.
与会专家代表听取报告后反响热烈，纷纷表示报告内容丰富、思考深刻、分析精准、诠释深刻，具有很强的学术性、前瞻性和指导性。此次交流，是我校中外合作办学成果展示和成效彰显，对我校中外办学水平提升产生了积极的引领和指导作用。
The expert representatives present made warm responses upon hearing the speeches, and they all hailed that the speeches, being rich in content, profound in thinking, accurate in analysis and profound in interpretation, were highly academic, forward-looking and instructive. This exchange is a good tribute to the achievements and fruits of our Sino-foreign cooperative education, and will guide the improvement in Sino-foreign education of our school.
