为做好学院外籍教师来校教学准备工作，搭建好外籍教师与学生沟通桥梁。2023年9月14日，特莱恩工学院在学院教师办公室召开新学期首次中方助教会议。学院执行院长帅春江、院长助理张仲鹏、学院办公室全员和全体中方助教参加本次会议。会议由院长助理张仲鹏主持。
To prepare for foreign teachers to come and teach,and to build a communication bridge between foreign teachers and students. On September 14th 2023, the Trine Engineering Institute held its first Chinese teaching assistant meeting for the new semester at the faculty office. The Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute Mr Shuai ChunJiang, the Assistant Dean Mr Zhang ZhongPeng, all the office staff and all Chinese teaching assistants attended this meeting. The meeting was hosted by Assistant Dean Zhang ZhongPeng.
帅春江首先代表学院对全体教师担任中方助教表示热烈欢迎和衷心感谢，随后就《特莱恩工学院中方助教遴选条件及岗位职责》（陕理工特莱恩工学院〔2022〕4号）进行详细解读，他讲道：特莱恩工学院作为中美合作办学机构，助教是外方课程教师的助理，在日后的教学中一定要遵循协作原则、镇定原则、及时报告原则、大局原则，务必要强化安全，外事无小事，在此基础上做好外籍教师和学生之间的沟通、协调工作。
On behalf of the institute, Mr Shuai ChunJiang first expressed a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all teachers for serving as Chinese teaching assistants. Then he gave a detailed explanation of the "Selection Conditions and Job Responsibilities of Chinese Teaching Assistants at the Trine Institute of Technology". He stated that as a Sino US cooperative educational institution, the Chinese teaching assistants is an assistant to foreign course teachers. In future teaching it is necessary to follow the principles of cooperation, calmness, timely reporting and the overall situation must be strengthened, and foreign affairs should not be trivial. On this basis communication and coordination between foreign teachers and students should be done well.
张仲鹏就外籍教师所授课程、教学大纲、课程授课方式、教材内容等内容与参会教师进行详细沟通，现场对中方助教所提问题逐一、详细解答。
Mr Zhang Zhongpeng communicated in detail with the attending teachers on the courses, syllabus, teaching methods and textbook content taught by foreign teachers, and also provided detailed answers to the questions raised by Chinese teaching assistants on site.
奋发前行新征程，扬帆起航新学年。此次座谈会促进了学院与外籍教师助教的沟通联系，将存在的问题提前下手解决，不仅体现了学院对外籍教师教学工作和高度重视，也构建了学院外籍教师-中方助教-学生管理和服务工作机制，为学院进一步做好外外方课程管理打下基础，共同推进学院高质量发展。
Striving forward on a new journey and setting sail for the new academic year. This forum has promoted communication between the foreign teachers and teaching assistants, addressing existing problems in advance. This not only reflects the institute's high prioritization of foreign teachers' teaching work but also establishes a mechanism for foreign teachers, Chinese teaching assistants, and student management and service work. Laying a foundation for the institute to further improve foreign course management and jointly promote the high-quality development of Trine Engineering Institute.
