秋风爽朗晴空照，家校合力育新人。2023年9月6日特莱恩工学院2023级新生家长座谈在智慧教室9B304正式召开，30余名学生家长代表及全院教师参加座谈会。学院执行院长帅春江出席本次会议，座谈会由学院直属党支部书记张晓霞主持。
The cool autumn breeze blows, shining upon the clear sky, while the collaboration between families and schools nurtures new talents. On September 6, 2023, the parent meeting for the parents of the freshmen of the Class of 2023 at Trine Engineering College was officially held in the intelligent classroom 9B304. More than 30 representatives of students' parents and all faculty members attended the meeting. The executive dean of the college, Shuai Chunjiang, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Zhang Xiaoxia, the secretary of the college's affiliated party branch.
张晓霞首先就到会教师成员做简要介绍，同时对加入特莱恩大家庭的新朋友表示热烈欢迎，对家长和学子对特莱恩工学院的信任表示衷心感谢。她指出，特莱恩工学院成立一年来，我们共同挥洒汗水和豪情，攻坚克难，学院各项工作已步入正轨正朝着良好态势发展，这与家长们的支持息息相关。如今，育人路上有了更多家长的加盟，我们信心倍增，因为目光都朝着一个方向—“为了孩子的一切”。
Zhang Xiaoxia first gave a brief introduction to the attending faculty members and warmly welcomed the new friends who joined the Trine family. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the parents and students for their trust in Trelane Engineering College. She pointed out that since the establishment of Trelane Engineering College a year ago, we have worked together, overcome difficulties, and various aspects of the college's work have been on the right track and developed in a positive direction, which is closely related to the support of parents. Now, with more parents joining us on the path of nurturing students, our confidence has doubled because we all have the same goal - "for everything about our children.
帅春江从学院情况概述，中美院校介绍、学科专业设置等三个方面对学院育人理念展开深入细致地分享。同时，还着重介绍了特莱恩工学院着力打造双语教学团队和双师型教师团队、建立体系化教学管理模式、强化教学条件建设、打造专业特色的实验室、积极探索交叉融合创新、深掘书院式育人模式，凝聚工学院办学特色的发展途径，提出了学院未来建设的“三步走”方案。
Shuai Chunjiang provided a detailed overview of the college's situation, introduced the education concept from three aspects: the introduction of Sino-American universities, the establishment of disciplinary majors, and so on. At the same time, he emphasized the efforts of Trine Engineering College in building a bilingual teaching team and a double-qualified teacher team, establishing a systematic teaching management model, strengthening teaching conditions, creating specialized laboratories, actively exploring cross-fusion and innovation, and deepening the college-style education model. He proposed a "three-step" plan for the future development of the college, which aims to consolidate the development path of the college's distinctive characteristics.
在交流互动环节，家长们积极踊跃发言，既表达了对孩子大学生活适应和自我管理能力的担忧，也有对语言课程和专业学习的关心，同时也对学生学业规划及未来职业发展提出建设性意见。学院教师对家长的问题进行逐一回答。提问与回复之间，育人理念殊途同归，交流与探讨之中，学业规划更加清晰。
During the interactive session, parents actively participated and spoke up. They expressed concerns about their children's adaptation to university life and their self-management abilities, as well as their concerns about language courses and academic studies. They also provided constructive suggestions on student academic planning and future career development. The college teachers answered the parents' questions one by one. Through the exchange and discussion, the education concept converged on different paths, and the academic planning became clearer.
最后，张晓霞邀请全体家长加入特莱恩2023级家校协同育人队伍，并诚挚感谢家长们对特莱恩工学院的关心支持。她表示，全院教职员工将一定履行好传授知识、启迪智慧、润泽生命的教育使命和培养好、发展好学生的社会责任，当好学生的“四个引路人”，家校联动共谋特莱恩学子的美好明天！
Finally, Zhang Xiaoxia invited all parents to join the collaborative education team between families and the Trelane Class of 2023. She sincerely thanked the parents for their care and support for Trine Engineering College.
