2023年11月9日，西安工业大学本科生院副院长、工程训练中心主任、硕士生导师程文冬教授为特莱恩工学院师生开展讲座并在学院进行调研。
On November 9, 2023, Professor Cheng Wendong, Deputy Dean of the Undergraduate School of Xi'an University of Technology, Director of the Engineering Training Center, and Master's tutor, gave a lecture to teachers and students of the Trine Engineering Institute and conducted research in the college.
程文冬教授在9B201教室为特莱恩工学院师生做了题为《基于“智造创新工场”的新工科实践创新人才培养探索》的专题。特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江主持讲座，学院师生共计150余人参加。
Professor Cheng Wendong conducted a special topic titled "Exploration of Cultivating Innovative Talents in New Engineering Practice Based on the" Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Workshop" for teachers and students at the Trine Engineering Institute in Classroom 9B201. Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of the Trine Institute presided over the lecture, with over 150 faculty and students attending.
程教授的讲座通围绕近3年西安工业大学“智造创新工场”实践创新基地建设运行的主要举措和育人成效，为高校智能制造实践基地建设、产教融合和新工科工程创新人才培养提供借鉴，具有较好的启发性、针对性，为培养具备创新能力和应用技能的人才，解决在新工科背景下智能制造创新人才培养中存在的学科交叉封闭、实践创新能力不足、“教与学”方式陈旧等问题提供解决思路。随后，程文东到特莱恩工学院与学院教师进行座谈。会上了解了特莱恩工学院的基本情况。他以对新工科实践创新人才培养相关问题与与会教师交流，并就如何建设创新实验室提出建议。
Professor Cheng's lecture focuses on the main measures and educational achievements of the construction and operation of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Workshop" practical innovation base at Xi'an University of Technology in the past three years, providing reference for the construction of intelligent manufacturing practice bases in universities, the integration of industry and education, and the cultivation of innovative talents in new engineering projects. It has good inspiration and pertinence, and aims to cultivate talents with innovation ability and application skills, provide solutions to the problems of interdisciplinary closure, insufficient practical innovation ability, and outdated "teaching and learning" methods in the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing innovation talents in the context of new engineering. Subsequently, Cheng Wendong went to the Trine Institute for a discussion with the faculty. At the meeting, we learned about the basic situation of the Trine Institute. He communicated with the attending teachers on issues related to the cultivation of innovative talents in new engineering practice, and proposed suggestions on how to build an innovation laboratory.
本场讲座推成出新，就以实践驱动创新的智能制造工程引领教育理念，构建贯穿本科全过程、开放协同的智能制造创新人才培养体系，为学院实施多学科交叉融合、多方协同育人、以学生为中心的智能制造实践与创新教育措施，夯实拔尖创新人才培养基础，满足知识、能力和素养三位一体培养需求目标提供了借鉴。
This lecture aims to promote a new educational concept of intelligent manufacturing engineering driven by practice and innovation. It aims to build an open and collaborative intelligent manufacturing innovation talent training system that runs through the entire undergraduate process. It aims to implement interdisciplinary integration, multi-party collaborative education, and student-centered intelligent manufacturing practice and innovation education measures for the college, solidifying the foundation for cultivating top-notch innovative talents and meeting the needs of knowledge. The goal of cultivating the trinity of ability and literacy provides a reference.
