为搭建学院与教师之间沟通桥梁,增进教师间交流,加强教学过程管理和教学质量监控,切实提高学院教育教学水平,增强立德树人实效。特莱恩工学院于2023年11月8日16:30在学院会议室召开学院教师、教学督导座谈会。特莱恩工学院党政领导、院长助理、教学督导、两办主任和部分教师参加本次座谈会。会议由院长助理张仲鹏主持。
In order to build a communication bridge between the institute and teachers, enhance communication among teachers, strengthen teaching process management and teaching quality monitoring,effectively improve the education and teaching level of the institute, and enhance the effectiveness of moral education. The Trine Engineering Institution held a symposium for institute teachers and teaching supervision in the institute conference room at 16:30 on November 8, 2023. The leaders, assistant dean, teaching supervisors, directors of the two offices and some teachers of the Trine Engineering Institution attended this symposium. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Zhongpeng, assistant to the dean.
首先,学院教学督导主任张政武就近期查课、听课情况向与会教师进行汇报,并就教学督导组成员在查课、听课中发现的待改善现象同与会教师进行交流,并提出解决办法。随后,与会教师纷纷结合自身工作和教学过程中发现的问题,从教学设备更新与高效利用、教学管理模式再优化、教学方法改进等方面展提出了相关建议与思考。数计学院高虎认为特莱恩工学院学生个性明显、活跃度高,教师应结合学生实际,因材施教;外国语学院教师苏红莲认为学生英语基础普遍较弱,可采取分层式教学办法,结合学生实际水平进行教学。
Firstly, Zhang Zhengwu, the director of teaching supervision at the institute, reported to the attending teachers on the recent situation of course inspections and listening, and communicated with the attending teachers on the problems that the members of the teaching supervision team discovered during the inspections and listening, and proposed solutions. Subsequently, participating teachers put forward relevant suggestions and reflections on the updating and efficient utilization of teaching equipment, re optimization of teaching management models, and improvement of teaching methods based on their own work and problems discovered in the teaching process. Gao Hu from the School of Statistics believes that the students at the Trine Engineering Institution have distinct personalities and high levels of activity, and teachers should combine the actual situation of students and teach according to their aptitude; Su Honglian, a teacher at the School of Foreign Languages, believes that students generally have a weak foundation in English, and can adopt a hierarchical teaching method that combines the actual level of students in teaching.
执行院长帅春江在认真听取了在场教师的问题与建议并就相关问题进行了逐一解答。他向学院教学督导和任课教师长期以来对学院教学工作的辛勤付出和大力支持表示衷心感谢。同时,会后将对本次座谈会中与会教师提出的相关问题逐一落实解决,全力解决教师在教学中存在的实际困难,全方位保障教学质量。
Executive Dean Shuai Chunjiang carefully listened to the questions and suggestions of the teachers present and answered relevant questions one by one. He expressed sincere gratitude to the teaching supervisors and teachers of the institute for their long-term hard work and strong support in the teaching work of the institute. At the same time, after the meeting, the relevant issues raised by the participating teachers in this symposium will be implemented and resolved one by one, fully addressing the practical difficulties that teachers face in teaching and ensuring the quality of teaching in all aspects.

本次教师座谈会提供了教师们相互交流学习的平台,大家在提出问题的同时也分享了各自的教学经验,对学院教学质量和教学水平的提高起到了推进作用,学院也将进一步加强各方面的建设,为全院师生创造良好的教学环境。
This teacher symposium provides a platform for teachers to exchange and learn from each other. While asking questions, everyone also shared their teaching experiences, which has played a promoting role in improving the quality and level of teaching in the institute. The institute will further strengthen various aspects of construction and create a good teaching environment for all teachers and students in the institute.
