为搭建学院与外籍教师、中方助教和学生之间沟通桥梁,增进师生交流,加强外籍教师教学过程管理和教学质量监控,切实提高学院外籍教师教育教学水平,增强立德树人实效。2023年11月14日,特莱恩工学院在学院会议室召开外籍教师、中方助教和学生代表座谈会。特莱恩工学院党政领导、院长助理、两办全体成员、全体外籍教师和中方助教参加本次座谈会。会议由执行院长帅春江主持。座谈会分为两个阶段,第一阶段外籍教师与中方助教座谈会和第二阶段中方助教与学生代表座谈会。
To build a communication bridge between the institute and foreign teachers, Chinese teaching assistants, and students, enhance teacher-student exchanges, strengthen the management of the teaching process and quality monitoring of foreign teachers, effectively improve the education and teaching level of foreign teachers in the institute, and enhance the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation. On November 14, 2023, Trine Engineering Institute held a symposium with foreign teachers, Chinese teaching assistants, and student representatives in the institute conference room. The party and government leaders, dean's assistant, all members of the two offices, all foreign teachers, and Chinese teaching assistants of Trine Engineering Institute participated in this symposium. The meeting was chaired by Executive Dean Shuai Chunjiang. The symposium was divided into two stages: the first stage was a symposium between foreign teachers and Chinese teaching assistants, and the second stage was a symposium between Chinese teaching assistants and student representatives.

会议第一阶段,执行院长帅春江对外籍教师表示欢迎,他指出外籍教师的到来将为学生带来全新的学习体验。不同教学方式和文化的碰撞与交融有助于拓展学生的国际视野。外籍教师们严谨治学、诲人不倦、积极进取的风范也将成为学生学习的榜样。
At the first stage of the meeting, Executive Dean Shuai Chunjiang welcomed the foreign teachers. He pointed out that the arrival of foreign teachers will bring a new learning experience to students. The collision and integration of different teaching methods and cultures help expand students' international horizons. The foreign teachers' rigorous academic study, tireless teaching, and proactive style will also become role models for students to learn from.
外籍教师玛丽首先感谢学校、学院的热情接待和细致、周到的服务。她表示很喜欢学校的人文环境和教学氛围,将以极大地热情投入教学工作,为学院的教学工作添砖加瓦。外籍教师Zakieh表示感谢学院为每位外籍教师选配中方助教,这对学生从全中文授课到全英文授课有很大程度的助力作用,学生都能积极主动配合,学习氛围很好。此外全体外籍教师、中方助教和学院与会人员就学生情况、中外教学方法差异、课程融合方案、内容衔接等内容进行了意见交换和讨论。
Foreign teacher Mary first thanked the school and institute for their warm reception and meticulous and thoughtful service. She said that she liked the humanistic environment and teaching atmosphere of the school very much and would devote herself to teaching with great enthusiasm and contribute to the teaching work of the institute. Foreign teacher Zakieh expressed gratitude to the institute for selecting Chinese teaching assistants for each foreign teacher. This has greatly assisted the students in adjusting from all-Chinese teaching to all-English teaching. The students can actively cooperate and the learning atmosphere is very good. In addition, all foreign teachers, Chinese teaching assistants and institute participants exchanged opinions and discussed the situation of students, differences in teaching methods between China and foreign countries, curriculum integration plans, content connection, etc.
最后,直属党支部书记张晓霞对外籍教师表示再次欢迎。她强调学院一定会尽力保障外籍教师在教学和生活中的需求,希望外籍教师能够尽快融入中方教师、中方助教队伍,与中方老师一起为学院和学校的教学发展贡献力量。
Finally, Zhang Xiaoxia, secretary of the directly affiliated party branch, once again welcomed the foreign teachers. She emphasized that the institute will do its best to meet the needs of foreign teachers in teaching and life, and hopes that foreign teachers can integrate into the team of Chinese teachers and Chinese teaching assistants as soon as possible, and work with Chinese teachers to contribute to the teaching development of the institute and school.

In the second stage of the meeting, a symposium was held in the conference room with the Party and government leaders of the institute, the assistant dean, all members of the two offices, Chinese teaching assistants, and student representatives. 与会同学畅所欲言,积极建言献策,各抒己见,气氛热烈。各位学生代表针对外教教学模式、课堂参与度、中方助教工作、增设有关课程、教学设施提升等畅所欲言,并对问题提出意见和建议。与会教师耐心细致地进行了解答和记录,并表示会后会进一步研究,并积极跟进。
The attending students expressed their opinions freely, actively offered suggestions, and each expressed their own opinions, creating a lively atmosphere. Student representatives were free to express their opinions and suggestions on the teaching mode of foreign teachers, classroom participation, the work of Chinese teaching assistants, the addition of relevant courses, and the improvement of teaching facilities. The attending teachers patiently and meticulously provided answers and records, and stated that they will further study and actively follow up after the meeting.
帅春江指出,多元化的学习环境有利于大家比较不同教学方式,从中吸取精华;加强英语学习,在全英文教学模式中有所收获,提升对专业知识的认知与语言能力;在日常学习过程中要更多地争取与外教沟通的机会,提升跨文化交流能力与专业能力,为未来深造或毕业后就业做好准备。

张晓霞希望同学们珍惜有限的大学时光,提高学习效率,积极主动与其他专业的同学交流,分享专业学习资源。若在学习过程中遇到问题,及时与外教、中方助教或辅导员交流,寻求帮助。
Zhang Xiaoxia hopes that students can cherish their limited institute time, improve their learning efficiency, actively communicate with students from other majors, and share professional learning resources. If students encounter any problems during the learning process, they can communicate with foreign teachers, Chinese teaching assistants or counselors in a timely manner and seek help.
本次座谈会不仅为外籍教师和中方助教提供交流平台,更以学生为中心,倾听学生心声,全面了解师生需求,不断创新外籍教师管理办法,在提供教师们相互交流学习的平台的同时,对大家在提出问题及时解决,持续推动学院教学质量和教学水平,后续学院也将进一步加强各方面的建设,为全院师生创造良好的教学环境,不但优化中外合作办学的教学与管理工作。
