To Train English For All Teachers In Trine Engineering Institute

为了营造特莱恩工学院全体师生双语环境工作氛围，提升学院全体教师和行政管理人员的英语语言能力，2024年3月27日，学院特邀外籍教师Mary到学院为全体教职工开展英语交际能力培训。学院教职工参加本次培训。

To build the bilingual atmosphere of all teachers and students and improve the English language ability of all teachers and administrators, the leader of Trine Engineering Institute invited Mary to train the English communicative ability for all teachers on March 27th,2024 .

Mary从英语使用时态、口语练习技巧、提升英语听说能力方法等方面详细介绍，同时抛出话题，她从“What did you do?”到“What will you do?”在到“No one is perfect,you need to speak”鼓励在座教职工“开口”说英语，整个培训气氛融洽。

Mary introduced some aspects in detail including English tense,oral practice skills and methods of impoving English listening and speaking ability. Meanwhile, she encouraged all teachers to speak in English bravely by the topic including “What did you do?” ,“What will you do?”and “No one is perfect,you need to speak”, which training atmosphere is harmonious.

培训结束后，教师纷纷表示通过外籍教师Mary的讲授，对英语口语日常训练及教学有更深的理解，能够对英语口语教学和日常使用中的实际问题多思考，多研究，多总结。此项活动将持续开展，在不断探索实践中提升自身语言能力，满足国际化学院教师的整体要求。

After training, all teachers understood the daily oral practice and teaching deeply by Mary’s teaching, which can promote teachers to think,study and concluded the practical problem in the daily oral English teaching and applying.This activity will be held to promote language ability by continuous exploration and meet the whole requirement of the teachers’qualification of the internationalization institute.
