2024年4月3日，我院进行中国国际大学生创新大赛之省奖项目经验分享报告会。邀请2023年省级银奖项目《智行无界——新时代智能配送引领者》主持人景治瑞为我院参赛项目成员进行作品制作和资料撰写方面经验分享交流会。
On April 3rd, 2024, we holds the Provincial Award project experience sharing report of the China International College Student Innovation Competition in Trine Engineering Institute. Jing Zhirui was invited to share the experience of works production and data writing for our institute members of the participating projects, who is the host of the Provincial Silver Award project named "Intelligence Run Without Boundaries - the leader of intelligent distribution in the new era" in 2023,
景治瑞基于其项目参赛过程中主要环节评分要求，分享作品制作流程和资料撰写技巧，详细介绍了商业计划书内容、格式和附件材料等撰写要点，包括如何明确项目的市场定位和发展目标、如何进行市场分析和竞争对手研究、如何展示项目的创新点和优势等方面，还强调了财务预测和数据分析在商业计划书中的重要性，并分享了自己后期遇到的问题进行逆向思维、深度剖析到最终处理方案过程的心得体会。
Based on the score requirements of the main links in the project competition, Jing Zhirui shares the works production process and data writing skills, then introduces the writing keys of the content, format and attachment materials of the business plan in detail which mainly includes how to clarify the market positioning and development goals of the project, how to conduct market analysis and competitor research, how to show the innovation points and advantages of the project. He also emphasizes the importance of financial forecasting and data analysis in business plan, and shares the experience of reverse thinking, in-depth analysis and the final solution to the problems encountered in the later period.
负责大赛的段博峰老师强调本赛不仅是技术的较量，更是创新思维和商业模式的竞赛，参赛作品要突出行业化、市场化和商业化特征，三者交叉深度融合，也要注重实际应用价值和社会影响力。段老师鼓励参赛者结合不同领域的知识和资源，打造出更具创意和竞争力的项目。最后通报了学院参赛情况和后期参赛计划安排。
Duan Bofeng who is the teacher in charge of the competition emphasizes that this competition is not only contest of technology, but also innovative thinking and business models. It should highlight the characteristics of industrialization, marketization and commercialization in the entries, which intersects and integrate deeply ,and pay attention to practical application value and social influence. He encourages participants to combine knowledge and resources of different fields to create more original and competitive projects. Then he reports the competition of our institute and the later competition plan.
