Trine Engineering Institute Visits Several Chinese-foreign Cooperative Institutions for Field Study and Research
为进一步提升中外合作办学学生培养质量，推进中外合作办学高质量发展，学习兄弟院校先进经验，2024年4月18日-25日，陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江、院长助理张仲鹏等一行赴湖北工业大学底特律绿色工业学院、鲁东大学蔚山船舶与海洋学院和山东工商学院国际商学院调研学习。
To further improve the quality of student training in Sino-foreign cooperative education, promote the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and learn the advanced experience of brother institutions, from April 18 to 25, 2024, Shuai Chunjiang, executive dean of Trine Engineering Institute, Shaanxi University of Technology, and Zhang Zhongpeng, assistant dean, went to HBUT Detroit Green Technology institute, Ulsan Ship and Ocean College LuDong University and International Business College of STBU for research and study.
4月19日上午，湖北工业大学底特律绿色工业学院党委书记门奎英、副院长（主持工作）马强教授、党委副书记刘涛和副院长孙国栋教授热情接待了特莱恩工学院考察组一行。门奎英介绍了底特律绿色工业学院基本情况和学生工作的经验成果，马强分享了教学运行管理方面的创新举措。帅春江介绍了陕西理工大学的发展历程和特莱恩工学院基本情况，张仲鹏介绍了学院中美课程运行情况，双方深入探讨了中美院校合作运行机制、中美培养方案融合、教学运行管理、教学质量跟踪评价等中外合作办学评估重点内容。
On the morning of April 19, Men Kuiying, Secretary of the Party Committee of HBUT Detroit Green Technology Institute, Prof. Ma Qiang, Vice Dean of HBUT Detroit Green Technology Institute, Liu Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Prof. Sun Guodong, Vice Dean of HBUT Detroit Green Technology institute, warmly welcomed the delegation from SNUT. Men Kuiying introduced the basic situation of Detroit Green Technology Institute and the experience and achievements of student work, while Ma Qiang shared the innovative initiatives in teaching operation and management. Shuai Chunjiang introduced the development history of Shaanxi University of Technology and the basic situation of Trine Engineering Institute, and Zhang Zhongpeng introduced the operation of Chinese and American programs of the institute. The two sides discussed in depth the operation mechanism of cooperation between Chinese and American institutions, the integration of Chinese and American cultivation programs, the operation and management of teaching, the tracking and evaluation of teaching quality, and other key contents of the assessment of Chinese-foreign cooperative education.
4月22日上午，特莱恩工学院考察组一行赶赴鲁东大学，与蔚山船舶与海洋学院院长兼党委副书记王刚、副院长王纪孔进行了交流座谈。王刚介绍了蔚山船舶与海洋学院十年来坚持以学科发展为龙头，带动中外合作办学高质量发展的先进经验。王纪孔分享了小语种中外合作办学的人才培养模式。帅春江表示蔚山船舶与海洋学院海上航天装备技术创新团队取得了令人瞩目的自主创新成就，探索了一条应用型、有特色、国际化的中外合作办学机构发展之路。双方就如何进行项目式教学、订单式人才培养进行了广泛且深入地研讨。
On the morning of April 22, the Trine Engineering Institute delegation went to LuDong University and discussed with Wang Gang, Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ulsan Ship and Ocean College, and Wang Jikong, Vice Dean of Ulsan Ship and Ocean College. Wang Gang introduced the advanced experience of Ulsan Ship and Ocean College in the past ten years, which insisted on taking the development of academic disciplines as the leader and driving the high-quality development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. Wang Jikong shared the talent cultivation mode of small-language Chinese-foreign cooperative education. Shuai Chunjiang said that Ulsan Ship and Ocean College's technological innovation team of offshore aerospace equipment has made remarkable achievements in independent innovation, and explored a development path of Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institutions that is application-oriented, distinctive, and internationalized. The two sides conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on how to carry out project-based teaching and order-based talent cultivation.
4月24日下午，特莱恩工学院一行到山东工商学院国际商学院调研。国际商学院党委书记肖烨，党委副书记、院长陈彦亮，副院长王霄飞，办公室主任崔向红，国际合作办公室老师宋昭霖在商学院逸夫楼会议室与考察组举行会谈。陈彦亮首先对陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院考察组一行来访表示热烈欢迎并介绍国际商学院与美国莫瑞州立大学（Murray State University）合作办学情况。帅春江和张仲鹏依次对特莱恩工学院的发展历程、教育教学、学科建设、国际合作与交流等方面作了详细介绍。双方就如何培养学生素养、提高师资水平、完善中外合作办学运行机制等方面进行深入交流。
On the afternoon of April 24th, the delegation of Trine Engineering Institute visited the International Business College of STBU for investigation, and Xiao Ye, Secretary of the Party Committee of International Business College, Chen Yanliang, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of International Business College, Wang Xiaofei, Vice Dean of International Business College, Cui Xianghong, Director of International Cooperation Office, and Song Zhaolin, teacher of the International Cooperation Office, met with the delegation in the conference room of the Yifu Building of International Business College. Chen Yanliang first expressed his warm welcome to the delegation from Trine Engineering Institute, Shaanxi University of Technology, and introduced the cooperation between International Business College and Murray State University. Shuai Chunjiang and Zhang Zhongpeng gave a detailed introduction to Trine Engineering Institute's development history, education, teaching, discipline construction, and international cooperation.
