2024年10月30日至11月1日，由中国教育部教育国际交流协会主办的“教育：为人人 为未知 为未来”第25届中国国际教育年会在北京国家会议中心召开。作为全国教育大会之后的重要国际教育活动，年会是贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会和全国教育大会精神、主动服务高质量教育对外开放、推动构建人类命运共同体的切实举措。通过组织全体大会、CACIE之夜、平行论坛、合作洽谈、CACIE漫谈、教育展览六大版块等近百场教育交流活动，共吸引来自全球超过60个国家和地区的5000余名教育界精英和社会各界代表参加。陕西理工大学校长王磊应邀参会，特莱恩工学院相关人员陪同参加相关活动。
From October 30th to November 1st, 2024, the 25th China Annual Conference & Expo for International Education themed "Education: For all·For the unknown·For the future"was held at Beijing National Convention Center, which was hosted by China Education Association for International Exchange. As an important international education event after the National Education Congress, the annual Conference is a practical measure to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the National Education Congress, actively serve the opening up of high-quality education, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. By the organization of the CACIE plenary, CACIE night, CACIE forum, CACIE connect, CACIE talk, CACIE expo, which includes six parts of nearly 100 educational exchange activities, more than 5,000 education elites and representatives from all walks of life from more than 60 countries and regions around the world to participate. Wang Lei, President of Shaanxi University of Technology, was invited to attend the event, who accompanied by relevant personnel of Trine Institute of Technology.
10月31日，王磊一行参加了年会全体大会，聆听了全国人大常委会副委员长、民盟中央主席、欧美同学会（中国留学人员联谊会）会长丁仲礼院士的现场致辞和教育部部长怀进鹏院士的视频致辞。随后，听取了中国科学院院士、东南大学校长黄如，美国国际教育协会首席执行官艾伦•古德曼，中国科学院院士、中国科学技术大学常务副校长潘建伟，中国香港教育局局长蔡若莲，美国史蒂文斯理工学院校长纳里曼•法瓦丁等所作的主旨发言。
On October 31st, Wang Lei and his delegation attended the CACIE plenary and listened to the live address by Academician Ding Zhongli, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Democratic League and President of the Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China) and the video address by Academician Huai Jinpeng, Minister of Education. Afterwards, they listened to keynote speeches by following key presenters as Huang Ru, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of Southeast University; Alan Goodman, CEO of the Institute of International Education, USA; Pan Jianwei, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Executive Vice President of the University of Science and Technology of China; Tsai Ruo-lian, Secretary for Education of Hong Kong, China; Nariman Farvardin, President of the Stevens Institute of Technology, USA.
11月1日，王磊一行参加了中国教育国际交流协会“一带一路”教育国际交流论坛。王磊作为主旨演讲嘉宾，围绕“数智化时代 地方高校如何服务‘一带一路’倡议”分享了陕西理工大学的经验和理念。我校以中外合作办学国际合作为依托、着力开展以学生为中心的教育教学改革，拓展国际科研合作和服务区域经济发展相结合，强调培养具有国际视野和符合新质生产力需求的创新人才，通过服务“一带一路”倡议给学校发展注入新动力的系列措施和良好办学成果，获得了与会专家学者和教育界同仁的广泛肯定和赞誉。会议间隙，王磊带队参观了中国国际教育展并与参展海外院校进行了深入交流和合作意愿洽谈.
On November 1st, Wang Lei and his delegation attended "the Belt and Road" Education International Exchange Forum of China Education Association for International Exchange. As the keynote speaker, Wang Lei shared the experience and ideas of Shaanxi University of Technology on "How local universities serve 'the Belt and Road' Initiative in the era of digital intelligence". Relying on the international cooperation of Sino-foreign cooperation in education, our university strives to carry out student-centered education and teaching reform, expand international scientific research cooperation and serve regional economic development, emphasize the cultivation of innovative talents with international vision and meet the needs of new quality productivity, the series of measures to inject new impetus into the development of our university and good results of Sino-foreign cooperation in education by serving the "Belt and Road" initiative, which was widely recognized and praised by the participating experts, scholars and colleagues in the educational field. On the sidelines of the conference, Wang Lei led the team to visit the CACIE expo and conducted in-depth exchanges and cooperation negotiations with overseas institutions participating in the exhibition.
此次与会交流，广泛宣传了我校办学特色和办学成效，拓展了我校国际合作的朋友圈，为我校开放办学、国际化建设和中外合作办学高质量推进提供了新的启发和助力。
This conference and exchange widely publicized the characteristics and achievements of Sino-foreign cooperation in education of our university, expanded our friends circle of international cooperation, and provided new inspiration and help for opening up, internationalization construction and high-quality promotion of Sino-foreign cooperation in education of our university.
