新一代信息技术发展日新月异，为深入了解企业人才需求现状、搭建校企合作平台，进一步深化产教融合，提升人才培养质量，拓宽毕业生优质就业渠道。12月2日至5日，应深圳市讯方技术股份有限公司邀请，陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院帅春江院长、院长助理张仲鹏、实验室主任段博峰和刘小虎老师等一行莅深圳市讯方技术股份有限公司总部、深圳信息职业技术学院国际ICT职业教育研究中心、北京源晨动力技术服务有限公司深圳分公司和北京掌上先机网络科技有限公司等企事业单位考察交流。
With the rapid development of new generation of information and communication technologies (ICT) , we should further deepen industrial-academic integration, enhance the quality of talent cultivation and broaden the channels for high-quality employment of graduates by understanding the needs of current enterprises talent and establishment for university-industry cooperation platform. From December 2nd to 5th, by the invitation of Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd.,dean of Trine in Shaanxi University of Technology Chunjiang Shuai, assistant dean, Zhang Zhongpeng, laboratory director Duan Bofeng, and Liu Xiaohu visited the following companies to inspect and exchange,including the headquarters of Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd., the International ICT Vocational Education Research Center of Shenzhen Information Vocational and Technical College, the Shenzhen branch of Beijing Yuanchen Dongli Technology Service Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhangshang Xianqi Network Technology Co., Ltd..
走访调研期间重点了解企业生产经营情况和行业发展前景、人才需求等相关信息；征求了企业对学院人才培养质量和校企合作水平等方面的意见建议；就应用型本科人才的岗位、学生综合能力、学校课程设置等情况，以及校企双方师资共建、课程、专业共建等方面进行研讨交流。
In the field visits and surveys, they focused on production and operation of enterprises, industry development prospects and talent needs, solicited suggestions on talent cultivation quality and university-industry cooperation level. They exchange views on the positions of students from application-oriented university, the comprehensive abilities of students, curriculum setting, as well as the faculty ,courses, and majors of the university-industry cooperation.
通过走访高新技术企业，有助于深入了解新一代信息技术、人工智能、智能制造等行业产业发展趋势，把握专业建设方向，洞察未来社会对人才素质要求的变化。通过与企业的深入沟通和交流，紧跟行业的发展形势及对用人的新要求，积极探索校企合作的新途径，有效地加强了与企业之间深度融合，为校企资源共享，共谋发展，互惠互利，开拓了新的空间。
By visiting high-tech enterprises, we can gain a deeper understanding of the development trends of emerging industries such as new generation information technology, artificial intelligence, and intelligent manufacturing, which helped shape the direction of our program development and anticipate the changing requirements for talent quality in the future society. By in-depth communication and exchange with enterprises, we can keep up with the latest industry developments and new requirements for talent needs, actively explore new ways of university-industry cooperation, and effectively enhance our deep integration with enterprises, which broaden new spaces for university-industry cooperation resource sharing and joint development , as well as reciprocity and mutual benefit.
