为进一步做好新学期本科教育教学工作，深化教育教学改革，2025年2月28日，教务处副处长王亚辉联合本科教学督导一行6人到特莱恩工学院开展春季学期开学教学检查工作会议。特莱恩工学院直属党支部书记朱智鸿、执行院长帅春江、院长助理、两办主任、教师代表和教务员等参加会议。会议由特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江主持。
To further enhance undergraduate education and teaching for the new semester and deepen educational reforms, on February 28, 2025, Wang Yahui, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, along with a delegation of six undergraduate teaching supervisors, visited Trine Engineering Institute to conduct a teaching inspection at the start of the spring semester. The meeting was attended by Zhu Zhihong, the Party Secretary of Trine Engineering Institute , Shuai Chunjiang, the Executive Dean, dean assistants, faculty representatives, and academic staff. The meeting was chaired by Shuai Chunjiang, the Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute .
会议伊始，帅春江院长详细汇报了学院的教学运行开展情况。汇报内容涵盖了课程安排、教师到岗情况、学生到课情况、教授上课情况以及教学设备检查等多个方面。帅院长表示，学院已按照教务处的要求，完成了开学前的各项准备工作，并组织教师和辅导员于开学第一周对我院开设的每节课检查教学工作，确保教学工作顺利开展。同时，他还就本学期学院的教学工作计划做了简要说明。
At the beginning of the meeting, Shuai Chunjiang, the Executive Dean, provided a detailed report on the institute's teaching operations and progress. The report covered various aspects, including course arrangements, faculty attendance, student attendance, professor teaching schedules, and teaching equipment inspections. He stated that the institute had completed all preparatory work before the semester began in accordance with the requirements of the Academic Affairs Office. Additionally, faculty and counselors were organized to inspect the teaching work for each class during the first week of the semester to ensure a smooth start to teaching activities. He also provided a brief overview of the institute's teaching plan for the semester.
检查组查阅了我院本学期开设课程的教学大纲、教学日历、教案与课件等教学资料，从规范性、完整性、一致性等多个维度进行评估，同时查看了实验设备和实验实践准备情况，并对存在的问题提出了改进建议，为教学工作的规范运行与质量提升提供了有力支持。
The inspection team reviewed teaching materials for the courses offered this semester, including syllabus, teaching calendars and courseware. They evaluated these materials from aspects of standardization, completeness, and consistency. Additionally, the team inspected laboratory equipment and preparations for experimental practices, providing constructive feedback on identified issues. Their efforts offered strong support for standardizing teaching operations and enhancing the quality of education.

中美融合培养方案的指导性意见以及对2026年中外合作办学评估工作的相关问题等进行了深入研讨。
Wang Yahui，Deputy Director Academic Affairs Office，announced the institute's achievements in teaching and scientific research, fully affirming the standardization of teaching material collection and organization. Finally, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the following issues: guidelines for substituting English language proficiency scores with English course grades, the feasibility of substituting professional skill certificates for course credits, guidance on the Sino-American integrated course program, and matters related to the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in 2026.
