4月24日，在博思楼1201会议室，我院与宁波汇智恒动自动化科技有限公司举办校企合作座谈会。此次会议旨在深化产学研合作，探索人才培养新模式。
On April 24th, in conference room 1201 of Bosi Building, our institute held a symposium with Ningbo Hui Zhi Hengdong Automation Technology Co., LTD. The purpose of this meeting was to deepen the cooperation between industry and university to explore a new model of talent training.
座谈会上，双方就人才培养和产学研合作等进行了深入交流。特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江教授介绍了学院的基本情况，表示学院一直致力于培养高素质国际化应用技术人才，希望通过与贵公司的深度合作，将最新的技术成果引入课堂，提升学生的实践能力和创新精神。汇智恒动自动化科技有限公司总经理俞文强介绍了公司在智能制造和自动化等领域的最新研发成果和市场应用情况，并表示愿意与学院共同开展产学研项目，为学院师生提供更多的实习实践机会，进而提高学生的实践能力和职业素养。
At the symposium, both sides had in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation and industry-academia-research cooperation. Professor Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute , introduced the basic situation of the institute, stating that it has always been committed to cultivating high-quality international applied technical talents. He hoped that through deep cooperation，the latest technological achievements could be brought into the classroom, enhancing students 'practical skills and innovative spirit. Mr.Yu Wenqiang, General Manager of Huizhi Hengdong Automation Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the company's latest research and development results and market application status in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and automation, and expressed willingness to collaborate with the institute on industry-academia-research projects, providing more internship and practice opportunities for faculty and students, thereby improving students' practical abilities and professional qualities.
此外，校企双方还就联合开发课程和产业学院建设进行了讨论。双方计划共同开发一系列紧密结合产业需求的课程，为学生提供更加实用的学习内容。同时，双方探讨共建产业学院，为区域产业发展培养更多高素质人才。
In addition, both the school and the company discussed joint course development and the establishment of an industry college. They plan to collaboratively develop a series of courses closely aligned with industry needs, providing students with more practical learning content. At the same time, they explored co-building an industry institute to cultivate more high-quality talent for regional industrial development.
此次座谈会的成功召开，为陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院与汇智恒动自动化科技有限公司的校企合作奠定了坚实基础。双方将以此为契机，进一步加强交流合作，为培养更多优秀人才贡献力量。
