The University-Enterprise Collaboration Deepens the Integration of Industry and Education | The Summer Production Internship for the 2022 Electrical Engineering and Automation Major of the Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology has been Successfully Finished
为深化产教融合,提升学生工程实践能力和行业认知,特莱恩工学院2022级电气工程及其自动化(中外)专业学生联合电气工程学院师生,于2025年7月14日至25日在陕西省榆林市成功开展了暑期生产实习。本次实习紧密结合能源电力行业发展前沿,采用“专家授课+实地参观”的立体化教学模式,为学生搭建了从理论到实践的坚实桥梁。
To deepen the integration of industry and education, and enhance students' engineering practice ability and industry awareness, the 2022 Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and Automation (Sino-Foreign) students of Trine Engineering Institute , in collaboration with the teachers and students of the School of Electrical Engineering, successfully conducted a summer production internship in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province from July 14th to 25th, 2025. This internship closely followed the cutting-edge development of the energy and power industry and adopted a three-dimensional teaching model of Expert Lectures and On-site Visits, which built a solid bridge from theory to practice for the students.

实习内容分为专业理论学习和现场研学两部分,学院邀请到多位来自能源电力行业一线的资深专家进行授课,内容涵盖广泛且前沿:国网榆林供电公司调度长详细介绍了陕西榆林电网发展现状、电力系统三道防线原理及调度员核心业务,并深入解读了《电网调度管理条例》。国网公司技能专家结合最新《安全生产法》,系统讲解了安全工器具的正确使用规范及电力线路安全规程。三峡集团和鲁能风电场的专家分别就光伏电站的智能化运维管理、风电场的设计理念及运行控制策略进行了深入分享。国网榆林供电公司专家则介绍了公司电压管理的相关规定与营销业务创新实践。变电站资深站长对全球能源互联网关键设备(如电流互感器等)进行了详细介绍。调度自动化中心专家阐述了无人机巡检技术在电力线路运维中的应用,以及调度自动化系统的网络安全防护策略。
The internship content was divided into two parts including professional theoretical learning and on-site research and study. The Trine Institute of Technology invited several senior experts from the front line of the energy and power industry to give lectures, covering a wide range of topics and the latest developments.The dispatching director of Yulin Power Supply Company , State Grid Corporation of China, detailed the current development status of the power grid in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, the principle of the three lines of defense in the power system, and the core business of dispatchers, and deeply interpreted the Regulations on the Management of Power Grid Dispatching. The skill expert from State Grid Corporation of China systematically explained the correct usage norms of safety tools and the safety regulations of power lines in combination with the latest Production Safety Law. Experts from the Three Gorges Corporation and the Luneng Wind Farm respectively shared deeply the intelligent operation and maintenance management of photovoltaic power stations and the design concepts and operation control strategies of wind farms. The expert from Yulin Power Supply Company introduced the relevant regulations on voltage management and the innovative practices of marketing business. The senior station master of the substation gave a detailed introduction to the key equipment of the global energy internet (such as current transformers). The expert of the dispatching automation center expounded on the application of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection technology in the operation and maintenance of power lines and the network security protection strategies of the dispatching automation system.



在相关专业教师和专家的带领下,学生们多次走出课堂,深入能源生产、传输、消纳的核心现场进行实地参观学习。探访鲁能风电场,近距离观察风力发电机组运行;参观刀兔光伏电站,了解大型地面光伏电站的布局与运行管理。实地考察了330kV乌素变电站、750kV榆横变电站及330kV榆林变电站,直观了解不同电压等级变电站的设备构成、功能作用及运行维护要点;走访了陕西金泰化学神木电石有限公司和瑞诚玻璃公司,深入了解高载能企业的用电特性、电能管理策略以及对供电可靠性的要求;走进了国网榆林供电公司调度自动化中心,观摩电网实时运行监控系统,理解现代化电网调度指挥的核心流程与技术支持。
Under the guidance of relevant professional teachers and experts, the students left the classroom several times to conduct on-site visits and study in the core sites of energy production, transmission, and consumption. They visited the Luneng Wind Farm to observe the operation of wind turbine generators system closely and the Dao Tu Photovoltaic Power Station to understand the layout and operation management of large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations. They conducted on-site inspections of the 330kV Wusu Substation, the 750kV Yuheng Substation, and the 330kV Yulin Substation, gaining an intuitive understanding of the equipment composition, functions, and operation and maintenance points of different voltage levels substations. They visited the Shaanxi Jintai Chemical Shenmu Calcium Carbide Co., Ltd. and Ruicheng Glass Company to deeply understand the electricity consumption characteristics, power management strategies, and requirements for power supply reliability of high-energy-consuming enterprises. They entered the dispatching automation center of Yulin Power Supply Company to observe the real-time operation monitoring system of the power grid and understand the core processes and technical support of modern power grid dispatching and command.

实习期间,学院执行院长帅春江与院长助理张仲鹏专程赶赴榆林实习驻地看望慰问实习师生。他们深入学生中间,详细询问了大家的学习进展、生活安排和实习收获,对同学们展现出的求知精神和严谨态度给予了充分肯定。帅春江勉励同学们珍惜宝贵的实践机会,将课堂所学与行业前沿紧密结合,在实践中增长才干,并叮嘱带队教师务必做好安全和保障工作,确保实习任务圆满完成。学院领导的关怀与指导,为全体实习师生注入了强劲动力。
During the internship, the executive dean of the Trine Engineering Institute, Shuai Chunjiang, and the dean assistant , Zhang Zhongpeng, specially went to the internship site in Yulin to visit and comfort the intern teachers and students. They went among the students, inquired in detail about their learning progress, living arrangements, and internship gains, and highly affirmed the students' spirit of seeking knowledge and rigorous attitude. Shuai Chunjiang encouraged the students to cherish the precious practical opportunity, closely combine what they have learned in the classroom with the industry cutting-edge, and grow their abilities in practice. He also reminded the leading teachers to do a good job in safety and guarantee work to ensure the successful completion of the internship tasks. The care and guidance of the leaders injected strong motivation into all the intern teachers and students.
本次暑期生产实习通过系统化的理论授课与沉浸式的现场体验,有效拓宽了学生的专业视野,加深了对电力系统发、输、变、配、用及电力调度全环节和新能源技术发展的理解。尤其在榆林这一国家级能源化工基地,学生们切身感受到了“双碳”战略下能源转型的生动实践和电网安全稳定运行的极端重要性。校企双方专家的联合指导,为学生们架起了从校园理论学习通向行业实际应用的桥梁。
By systematic theoretical lectures and immersive on-site experiences, this summer production internship effectively broadened the students' professional horizons and deepened their understanding of the entire process of power system generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, and consumption, as well as the development of new energy technologies. Especially in Yulin, a national-level energy and chemical base, the students personally felt the vivid practice of energy transformation under the Dual Carbon strategy and the extreme importance of the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The joint guidance of experts from both the Trine Institute and the enterprise had built a bridge from campus theoretical learning to industry practical application for the students.
此次深度对接产业需求的实习活动是培养新时代卓越工程人才的关键环节。学院未来将持续加强与国家电网、发电集团及重点用电企业的合作,不断优化“产学研用”协同育人机制,致力于为国家能源电力事业输送更多具备扎实理论基础、过硬实践能力和创新思维的高素质复合型人才。
This internship activity that closely aligns deeply with industrial demands is a key link in cultivating outstanding engineering talents of the new era. In the future, the Trine Engineering Institute will continue to strengthen cooperation with State Grid Corporation of China, power generation groups and key power-consuming enterprises, constantly optimize the collaborative education mechanism of industry-university-research-application to cultivate more high-quality compound talents with solid theoretical foundations, strong practical abilities and innovative thinking for the national energy and power industry.
