2025年9月18日，陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院成功举办院长接待日活动。陕西理工大学校长、特莱恩工学院院长王磊，特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江共同出席活动，与参加活动的学生们围绕学生学业规划与未来发展、中外双学位对今后个人发展的助力分析、以及学生当前学业困惑等话题进行了深入交流，为学生答疑解惑、指明方向。
On September 18th, 2025, the Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology successfully held the Dean's Reception Day.Wang Lei, President of Shaanxi University of Technology and Dean of Trine Engineering Institute , and Shuai Chunjiang, the executive dean of Trine Engineering Institute jointly attended the event, engaging in in-depth exchanges with students on hot topics such as student academic planning and future development, the role of Sino-foreign double degree programs in enhancing personal growth, as well as current academic challenges faced by students, which addressed students' questions and provided guidance.
交谈中，学生们积极提问，聚焦于如何在双学位确保方式、国内考研与申请美方学位之间做出科学合理的选择。王磊从国际化人才培养的角度出发，鼓励同学们拓宽视野、着眼长远，积极争取获得美方学位。他强调，在全球化背景下，具备国际教育背景和跨文化能力的人才更具竞争力，获得美方学位不仅有助于提升个人学术水平和专业能力，也为未来职业发展开辟更广阔的道路。
During the event, students actively raised questions, focusing on how to make scientific and reasonable choices among dual degree programs, domestic postgraduate entrance exams, and applications for American degrees. From the perspective of international talent cultivation, Wang Lei encouraged students to broaden their horizons and look to the future to strive to obtain American degrees. He emphasized that talents with international educational backgrounds and cross-cultural capabilities are more competitive in the context of globalization. Obtaining an American degree not only helps enhance personal academic and professional capabilities but also opens up broader paths for future career development.
帅春江结合大学发展历程和中美合作办学的特色，详细阐述了获取美方学位的具体优势。他指出，特莱恩工学院依托优质中外教育资源，为学生提供了贯通中外的学习平台，在国家“一带一路”大背景下，美方学位获取在今后就业、深造等方面具有更多选择优势。同时，他也勉励学生脚踏实地，根据自身实际情况合理规划，不论选择攻读国内研究生还是争取外方学位，都应保持坚定的斗志和持续的毅力，学院将全力为大家的成长成才提供支持。
Shuai Chunjiang elaborated on the specific advantages of obtaining an American degree by combining the development history of the university and the characteristics of Sino-US cooperative education. He pointed out that the Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology provides students with a platform for integrated learning by leveraging high-quality domestic and foreign educational resources, Under the backdrop of China's “Belt and Road” Initiative, obtaining an American degree offers more advantages in terms of future employment and further education. Meanwhile, he also encouraged students to stay grounded, plan rationally based on their actual circumstances, and maintain firm determination and sustained perseverance, whether they choose to pursue a domestic postgraduate program orstrive for a foreign degree. The institute will fully support everyone's growth and development.

The Dean's Reception Day not only strengthened communication between institute’s leaders and students but also effectively alleviated students' confusion in academic planning and enhanced their confidence and determination for future development. Students expressed that they had become more clear about their personal development directions and will make the most suitable academic plans based on the advice of their teachers and their own interests and abilities .The Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology will continue to focus on students’ needs, optimize the education mechanism, and assist every student to achieve the outstanding future.
