为深化我院国际化人才培养战略，拓宽学生国际视野与职业发展路径，2025年10月17日晚，特莱恩工学院在9B301特举办“国际文化交流月”系列活动——高层次国际化人才培养创新实践项目之“国际公务员上岸指南”主题讲座，讲座由学院院长助理吴静主持，特邀教育部中外人文交流中心高层次国际化人才培养创新实践项目国际关系主任范纯一老师担任主讲，特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江、教育部中外人文交流中心相关项目负责人及渠道经理出席活动。讲座系统解析了国际公务员的胜任力模型、海归人才的竞争优势，并介绍了高端实训平台，为有志于投身全球治理事业的学子指明了发展方向。
To deepen the institute's strategy for cultivating international talents and broaden students' global perspectives and career development paths, on the evening of October 17, 2025, Trine Engineering Institute held the "International Civil Service Career Guide" themed lecture at Room 9B301. This event was part of the "International Cultural Exchange Month" series—specifically, the High-Level International Talent Cultivation Innovation Practice Project. The lecture was hosted by Wu Jing, dean assistant of Trine Engineering Institute, and featured Fan Chunyi, Director of International Relations of the High-Level International Talent Cultivation Innovation Practice Project under the Ministry of Education's Center for International People-to-People Exchange, as the keynote speaker. In attendance were Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute, as well as relevant project leaders and channel managers from the Center. The lecture systematically analyzed the competency model for international civil servants, the competitive advantages of overseas returnees, and introduced high-end practical training platforms, pointing the way for students aspiring to contribute to global governance.
讲座伊始，特莱恩工学院执行院长帅春江致辞。他强调，在全球化背景下，培养具有国际视野、能够深度参与全球治理的高素质人才是学院核心的育人目标之一。国际公务员岗位为学生提供了将专业知识与全球议题相结合的理想平台，为青年学子提供了实现自我价值的广阔舞台。结合2026届毕业生就业现状，他鼓励同学们以本次讲座为契机，主动了解国际事务，有意识地提升跨文化沟通与国际协作等核心能力，为未来走上国际舞台、贡献中国青年的智慧与力量奠定坚实基础，推开国际职场新大门。
At the beginning of the lecture, Executive Dean Shuai Chunjiang delivered an opening address. He emphasized that, against the backdrop of globalization, cultivating high-quality talents with international perspectives and the ability to deeply engage in global governance is one of the college's core educational objectives. International civil service positions provide an ideal platform for students to integrate their professional knowledge with global issues, offering a broad stage for young students to realize their self-worth. Considering the employment situation of the 2026 graduating class, he encouraged students to take this lecture as an opportunity to proactively understand international affairs, consciously enhance core competencies such as cross-cultural communication and international collaboration, and lay a solid foundation for stepping onto the global stage in the future, contributing the wisdom and strength of Chinese youth, thereby opening new doors to international careers.
主讲嘉宾范纯一老师深入剖析了“国际化人才”的内涵，指出真正的国际化人才不仅限于外语流利或拥有海外学历，其核心在于构建以全球胜任力为支撑的综合素养体系。范老师通过真实案例，将抽象概念转化为可供学生自我评估与提升的“能力建设蓝图”，强调成为国际公务员是一场始于当下、有径可循的长期准备。针对同学们关心的“海归”变“海待”的就业焦虑，范老师深入解读了国际组织、跨国企业及高端智库对人才的需求，指出“专业+国际”的复合背景是脱颖而出的关键，鼓励同学们提前规划、精准定位，将个人成长与国家全球化战略需求相结合，在激烈就业市场中占据独特优势。
Keynote speaker Fan Chunyi delved into the connotation of "international talent," pointing out that true international talent is not limited to foreign language proficiency or overseas education. Its core lies in building a comprehensive quality system supported by global competence. Through real-life cases, Ms. Fan transformed abstract concepts into a "capacity-building blueprint" for students to self-assess and improve, emphasizing that becoming an international civil servant is a long-term preparation that starts now and follows a clear path. Addressing students' concerns about the transition from "overseas returnee" to "unemployed returnee," Ms. Fan provided an in-depth analysis of the talent demands of international organizations, multinational corporations, and high-end think tanks. She highlighted that a "professional + international" composite background is the key to standing out, encouraging students to plan early, position themselves precisely, align personal growth with national globalization strategic needs, and gain a unique advantage in the competitive job market.
作为讲座亮点，主办方重点介绍了“99纯金国际组织实训团”项目。范老师指出，该项目不仅是履历上的亮点，更是培养未来全球治理精英的系统性赋能平台。学员有机会获得联合国训练研究所（UNITAR）等顶尖国际机构颁发的权威结业证书，参与线上沉浸式实训，并在完整赋能体系支持下，系统提升全球治理实务中的核心竞争力。在互动环节中，同学们踊跃提问，范纯一老师结合自身丰富的国际交流与人才培养经验，提供了详尽而中肯的解答，鼓励大家尽早规划、积极积累，勇敢迈出通往国际舞台的第一步。
As a highlight of the lecture, the organizers introduced the "99 Pure Gold International Organization Training Group" project. Ms. Fan pointed out that this project is not only a highlight for one's resume but also a systematic empowerment platform for cultivating future elites in global governance. Participants have the opportunity to obtain authoritative completion certificates from top international institutions such as the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), participate in online immersive training, and, with the support of a comprehensive empowerment system, systematically enhance their core competitiveness in global governance practices. During the interactive session, students asked questions enthusiastically. Drawing on her rich experience in international exchanges and talent cultivation, Ms. Fan Chunyi provided detailed and pertinent answers, encouraging everyone to plan as early as possible, accumulate experience actively, and bravely take the first step onto the international stage.

At the end of the lecture, dean assistant Wu Jing shared her practical experience of participating in high-level international conferences during her undergraduate studies, encouraging students to strengthen their international practical skills and expand their future options.
