Gathering Wisdom·Collaborating·Innovating: the Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology Successfully Hosted the 2024 Annual Project Completion and 2025 New Project Release and Dual Selection Conference
为提升大学生创新创业能力,强化学生创新创业实践,深化“导师引领、学院护航、学生逐梦”的科创育人理念,搭建师生协同创新桥梁,10月29日下午特莱恩工学院在9C109隆重举办2024年度科创项目结题暨2025年度新项目发布双选会。学院直属党支部书记朱智鸿,教务处创新创业教育中心主任蒲建军,学院实验中心主任段博峰,双创导师代表、结项学生及2025年拟申报项目学生等100余人参加本次会议。会议由辅导员刘斌主持,共分两个阶段。
To enhance students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, strengthen their practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, and deepen the concept of cultivating talents by science and technology innovation of "mentor guiding, institute supporting, and student pursuing dreams", build a bridge for collaborative innovation between teachers and students, the Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology grandly held the 2024 Annual Project Completion and 2025 New Project release and Dual Selection Conference in Room 9C109 on the afternoon of October 29th. Over 100 people attended the conference, including the Party Branch Secretary of the Institute, Zhu Zhihong, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center of the Academic Affairs Office, Pu Jianjun, Director of the Institute's Experimental Center, Duan Bofeng, representatives of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, students who completed their projects in 2024, and students planning to apply for projects in 2025. The conference was hosted by counselor Liu Bin and was divided into two stages.

The First Stage : the 2024 Annual Science and Technology Innovation Project Completion Report Session.
朱智鸿首先在致辞中表示,过去一年是学院科创教育深耕不辍、成果丰硕的一年,对各位双创导师的倾囊相授和学生辛勤付出表示衷心感谢。他对同学们提出了三点期望,一是以“问题意识”锚定方向,让创新更有温度;二是以“团队协作”凝聚力量,让创新更有厚度;三是以“坚持到底”的韧劲深耕,让创新更有高度。
Zhu Zhihong began his speech by stating that the past year was a fruitful one for the Institute's innovation and entrepreneurship education. He expressed sincere gratitude to the innovation and entrepreneurship mentors for their generous guidance and to the students for their hard work. He then put forward three expectations for the students, including to anchor direction with a "problem awareness" to make innovation more meaningful, unite their strength by "teamwork" to make innovation more substantial, and persistently delve into their projects with a "never-give-up" spirit to make innovation more profound.
为了更好服务于师生科创活动,学院将持续搭建三个平台,一是“资源聚合平台”,强化资源硬核保障;二是“导师赋能平台”,开设“科创导师工作坊”,让“传帮带”更有实效;三是“生态浸润平台”,营造“人人想创新、人人能创新”的浓厚氛围,推动“项目-竞赛-转化”全链条衔接,力争实现在各类赛道上的新突破新跨越。
To better server teachers and students for the innovation and entrepreneurship activities, the Institute will continue to build three platforms, including the "Resource Aggregation Platform" of strengthening the solid guarantee of resources, the "Mentor Empowerment Platform" of establishing "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor Workshops" to make the "passing on, helping, and guiding" more effective; and the "Ecological Immersion Platform" of creating a strong atmosphere which "everyone wants to innovate and everyone can innovate", promoting the full-chain connection of "projects - competitions - transformation", and striving for new breakthrough and leap in various competitions.

蒲建军从资源扶持、平台搭建、项目申报等维度,宣讲了学校创新创业政策,为师生解读了校级层面的保障体系,让政策红利直达创新一线。
From the perspectives of resource support, platform construction, and project application, Pu Jianjun expounded on our university's innovation and entrepreneurship policies, interpreting the guarantee system at the university level for teachers and students, ensuring policy benefits reach the front lines of innovation.
刘斌聚焦学生关切,从二课积分激励、学分置换支持、奖助学金褒扬和综合测评认可等几方面,详细解读校院科创竞赛的扶持政策,进一步激发学生参与热情。
Focusing on students' concerns, Liu Bin detailed the support policies for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions at the institute and university levels to further stimulate students' enthusiasm for participation, covering aspects such as second-class credit point incentives, credit replacement support, scholarship and grant rewards, and comprehensive assessment recognition,
在成果分享环节,2024年度结题项目科创导师皇金锋分享了“以赛促学、以研促教”的育人经验,学生代表恳谈了参加科创的成长历程,用实际成果展现了工科学子的创新活力与实践能力。
During the results-sharing session, Huang Jinfeng, the mentor of the 2024 completion projects, shared his experience of fostering students by "learning by competing and teaching by researching". Student representatives also shared their growth experiences in participating in science and technology innovation projects, demonstrating the innovative vitality and practical abilities of engineering students with actual achievements.

随后,双创导师代表陈建刚、刘小虎、王乐敏为已结项的学生陈思远团队、王瀚彬团队、傅阳浩团队颁发结项证书,为2024年度科创项目画上圆满句号。
Subsequently, representatives of the innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, Chen Jiangang, Liu Xiaohu, and Wang Lemin, presented the completion certificates to the teams of Chen Siyuan, Wang Hanbin, and Fu Yanghao, which marked the successful conclusion of the 2024 science and technology innovation projects.

The Second Stage: 2025 Annual Science and Innovation Project Release and Double Selection Conference
段博峰首先介绍2025年度科创项目整体情况,围绕学科特色与行业需求,梳理了新项目的研究方向、预期目标与资源支持,讲解了科创项运行流程,宣讲了学院学科竞赛和科创项目实施方案,为师生搭建了清晰的项目认知框架,并宣读了新科创导师的聘任名单;紧接着,朱智鸿书记为2025年度新聘双创导师颁发聘书,新导师的加入为学院科创团队注入新鲜血液,也强化了“导师引领”的核心力量。
Duan Bofeng first introduced the overall situation of the 2025 annual science and technology innovation projects. Centering on the discipline characteristics and industry demands, he sorted out the research directions, expected goals, and resource support of the new projects, explained the operation process of the science and technology innovation projects, and publicized the implementation plan of the institute's discipline competitions and science and technology innovation projects. He provided a clear framework for project understanding for teachers and students and read out the list of newly appointed science and technology innovation mentors. Then Zhu Zhihong presented the appointment certificates for the newly hired science and technology innovation mentors in 2025. The accession of new mentors has injected fresh blood into the institute's science and technology innovation teams and strengthened the core force of "mentor guidance". 

在最受关注的项目发布双选环节,2025年度双创导师代表皇金锋、朱梦瑶、王乐敏、贺海育、朱柏丞等5位导师依次上台,详细介绍各自发布新项目的技术特点、团队需求与合作模式,现场学生认真聆听、积极记录。在师生双选答疑互动中,学生围绕项目细节、参与方式等问题与导师深入交流,不少学生当场与意向导师达成初步合作意向,实现了创新需求与人才资源的精准对接。
At the most anticipated project release and dual selection session, five science and technology innovation mentors in 2025, namely Huang Jinfeng, Zhu Mengyao, Wang Lemin, He Haiyu, and Zhu Baicheng, took the stage in turn to introduce in detail the technical features, team requirements, and cooperation models of their newly released projects. The students present listened attentively and took notes actively. During the interactive Q&A session between teachers and students, the students engaged in in-depth discussions with the mentors on project details, participation methods, and other issues. Many students reached initial cooperation agreements with their preferred mentors on the spot, achieving a precise match between innovation demands and talent resources.

At the end of the meeting, all participants took a group photo to mark the successful conclusion of this dual selection event.

此次双选会既是特莱恩工学院科创成果的“展示台”,也是师生协同创新的“对接站”。未来,学院将持续深化“聚智·协同·启新”理念,以更完善的保障、更精准的服务,推动科创育人工作再上新台阶,助力更多学生在创新实践中逐梦成长。
This dual selection session not only served as a showcase for the science and technology innovation achievements of the Trine Engineering Institute ,but also as a platform for collaborative innovation between teachers and students. In the future, the institute will continue to deepen the concept of "Gathering Wisdom, Collaborating, and Innovating", providing more comprehensive support and more precise services to further promote the science and technology innovation education work and help more students grow and realize dreams in innovation practices.
