我院扎实开展2026年春季实验室安全专项排查整治与教育活动

Trine Engineering Institute has thoroughly carried out the 2026 Spring Laboratory Safety Inspection, Rectification, and Education Campaign

为深刻汲取近期高校实验室安全事故教训,全面落实学校开学以来关于实验室安全管理的各项要求,我院3月9日和23日集中开展了春季学期实验室安全检查,以及每周周三进行学生入驻实验室教育系列活动,旨在通过多元化手段提升师生风险防范能力,确保教学科研环境安全稳定。

To thoroughly learn from recent laboratory safety incidents at universities and fully implement all requirements regarding laboratory safety management since the start of the semester, the Trine Engineering Institute conducted comprehensive laboratory safety inspections on March 9 and 23 for the spring semester, as well as a series of educational activities for students entering the laboratories every Wednesday. These initiatives aim to enhance the risk prevention capabilities of both faculty and students through a variety of measures, thereby ensuring a safe and stable environment for teaching, learning and research.

坚持问题导向,深化隐患排查治理。严格按照国有资产管理处要求,结合近期高校安全事故案例,开展全覆盖、无死角的实验室安全隐患自查自纠与专项整治。重点聚焦管理制度落实、仪器设备运行、环境卫生及消防通道等关键领域,形成隐患和问题清单并限期整改销号。针对新进设备,严格执行安全区域隔离,规范设置警示标牌,并联合厂家组织专项操作培训,完成安全等级升级,从源头上杜绝安全隐患。

We adopted a problem-oriented approach and stepped up our efforts to identify and address potential hazards. In strict accordance with the requirements of the State-Owned Assets Management Office, and drawing on recent safety incident cases at universities, we conducted a comprehensive, thorough self-inspection and rectification of laboratory safety hazards, as well as a special rectification campaign. Focusing on key areas such as the implementation of management systems, the operation of equipment, environmental hygiene, and fire exits, we compiled a list of potential hazards and issues, specifying that they should be rectified and closed out within a specified timeframe. For newly installed equipment, we strictly enforced safety zone segregation, properly installed warning signs, and collaborated with the manufacturer to organize specialized operational training. We have completed safety upgrades to eliminate potential safety hazards at the source.

强化准入机制,提升安全素养。常态化落实实验室准入制度,明确“学生申请、教师审核、管理人员培训准入、主管领导批准”的标准化流程。组织新进实验室师生签订安全责任书,系统开展安全教育培训,详细解读应急预案执行流程。同时,对实验室急救医药箱进行全面盘点,及时更换临期药品并补充必要急救用具,确保应急物资完备有效。

We enhanced the access mechanisms and improved safety awareness. We established a routine management system for laboratory access, with a standardized process that involves “student application, faculty review, training and authorization by administrative staff, and approval by the supervising administrator”. We required all new faculty and students joining the laboratory to sign safety responsibility agreements, conducted systematic safety education and training, and provided detailed explanations of the procedures for implementing emergency response plans. In addition, we conducted a comprehensive inventory of the laboratory first-aid kit, promptly replacing medications nearing their expiration dates and restocking necessary first-aid supplies to ensure that emergency supplies are complete and effective.

优化过程管控,构建长效机制。明确双创导师、指导教师、实验教师及科研项目负责人为实验室使用期间的第一责任人,构建“实验室主任日常巡查、学院领导长期督查”的协同管理机制。立足学院实验室实际,后续将推进规划分类准入培训,实现入驻学生精准化教育,加强师生安全意识定期考核,针对锂电池、机床、贴片机等风险设备,制作作业风险告知卡,优化使用守则,并定期组织应急演练。

We optimized the process control and established a long-term mechanism. We designated the innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, academic advisors, laboratory instructors, and principal investigators of research projects as the primary responsible persons during laboratory operations, and established a collaborative management mechanism featuring “routine inspections by the laboratory director and ongoing oversight by school leadership”. Based on the actual conditions of our college laboratories, we will move forward with planning and implementing categorized access training to ensure targeted education for students using the facilities. We will strengthen safety awareness among faculty and students through regular assessments. For high-risk equipment such as lithium-ion batteries, machine tools, and surface-mount machines, we will create risk notification cards, optimize usage guidelines, and organize regular emergency drills.

学院将持续高度重视实验室安全工作,不断优化管理流程,夯实安全运行基础,持续提升师生设备使用水平与安全素养,为营造安全、和谐的校园环境提供坚实保障。

The Trine Engineering Institute will continue to place a high priority on laboratory safety, continuously optimize management processes, strengthen the foundation for safe operations, and consistently improve faculty and students’ proficiency in equipment use and safety awareness, thereby providing a solid foundation for fostering a safe and harmonious campus environment.
