特莱恩工学院召开 2026 年暑期生产实习安全工作部署会

Strengthen the Safety Defense Line for Internships and Fulfill the Responsibilities for Internship Management ——

Trine Engineering Institute Held a Deployment Meeting on Safety Work for the 2026 Summer Production Internship

为全面压实暑期生产实习安全管理责任，防范化解实习期间各类安全风险，保障实习教学工作平稳有序开展，7 月 9 日上午，陕西理工大学特莱恩工学院组织召开 2026 年暑期生产实习安全工作部署会。学院执行院长帅春江、院长助理及全体生产实习带队教师参会。

To fully implement the safety management responsibilities for the summer production internships, prevent and resolve various safety risks during internships and ensure smooth and orderly  internship teaching, Trine Engineering Institute of Shaanxi University of Technology held a deployment meeting on safety work for the 2026 summer production internships on the morning of July 9. Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute,  dean Assistants and all internship team supervisors attended the meeting.

会上，院长助理张仲鹏带领全体参会人员集中学习《陕西理工大学本科教学实习突发事件应急管理预案（试行）》《关于加强实验、实习（实训）教学安全管理的通知》两份文件，明确暑期实习工作核心任务。他指出，全体带队教师要把学生生产实习安全管理摆在首位，落实常态化考勤制度；实习过程中密切跟踪各位学生身体和思想状况，及时发现各类潜在问题。

At the meeting, Zhang Zhongpeng, dean assistant, led all the participants to study two documents: Emergency Management Plan for Emergencies in Undergraduate Teaching and Internships of Shaanxi University of Technology (for Trial Implementation) and Notice on Strengthening Safety Management of Experiment, Internship and Practical Training Teaching, which clearly defined the core tasks of summer internships. He pointed out that all intership supervisors should put students’ production internship safety management as the top priority, implement a regular attendance system, closely monitor each student’s physical and mental health and ideological status throughout the internship and promptly identify all potential problems.

执行院长帅春江就实习安全管理工作作重点部署并提出明确要求。一是认真学习实习安全各类文件，严守实习安全底线。二是督促学生认真学习实习单位安全生产规程，严格遵守各项规范，杜绝违规引发安全事故，带队教师始终坚持在一线岗位；三是从严抓实学生考勤管理，做到各个环节人员清点不漏一人、全程可控；四是做实后勤健康保障，当前正值高温酷暑，带队教师既要做好防暑降温、应急药品储备工作，关注学生饮食与出行健康，也要注意自身身体状况，劳逸结合、安全带队。

Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of theInstitute, delivered key arrangements and put forward clear requirements on internship safety management. First, all staff should carefully study all the relevant documents on internship safety and strictly adhere to the bottom line of internship safety. Second, supervisors should urge students to study the safety regulations of internship organization carefully, strictly abide by all norms to avoid safety accidents caused by irregular operations; supervisors should stay stationed on front-line posts at all times. Third, student attendance management shall be carried out rigorously. Roll calls must be conducted at every stage to ensure no student is left unaccounted for, realizing full-process control. Fourth, solid logistical and health support shall be provided. We are now in a period of extreme high temperatures. Internship supervisors must fully implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, stock emergency medicines, and care for students’ diet and travel safety. Meanwhile, supervisors shall monitor their own physical conditions, arrange work-rest schedules reasonably, and lead internship teams safely.

此次会议进一步明晰了暑期生产实习安全管理工作标准，压实了带队教师管理职责。下一步，学院将以此次部署会为抓手，细化实习安全管控举措，全方位守护学生实习安全，保障 2026 年暑期生产实习教学任务高质量完成。

The meeting further clarified the safety management standards for summer production internships and consolidated the management responsibilities of internship supervisors. Going forward, the Institute will take this deployment meeting as an opportunity to refine internship safety control measures, fully safeguard students’safety during internships, and ensure the high-quality completion of all 2026 summer production internship teaching tasks
